At Granavolden Gjæstgiveri we work hard to reduce our CO2 emissions.
The food at Granavolden is based on clean, good, short-travelled ingredients. We have some organic food and mark this at the buffet. We buy meat from the neighbor’s farm Helgum and the local butcher in Brandbu. All the vegetables are also from a local farm and local suppliers. The bread we have for breakfast is from a local bakery and we make our own porridge for breakfast which we only serve to our guests.
